One of the historic 13 Sister row houses built in 1832. The building is four stories and there are three one bedroom apartments that are beautifully appointed with extra room that could be for sleeping or study. There is a ground floor commercial art gallery also with its own entrance. One bathroom in each unit. Marble fireplace mantels from Paris, high ceilings 12 feet high. There is a large courtyard that once housed the service wing but that is no longer. So only the front four story building remains with a beautiful oversized courtyard with a wonderful fragrant sweet olive tree and palm trees.
